Stories of Hope, Healing, and Overcoming Pain from Our Patients

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a natural and non-invasive form of therapy that involves the use of specific techniques to apply pressure to the feet, hands, or ears. It’s based on the idea that these areas of the body are connected to other parts of the body and that by applying pressure to certain points, it’s possible to help the body heal and improve its overall function.

Happy Clients

l’ve been to Kandi-Rae five times since the fall. On my first visit she told me that I was having a small problem with my left shoulder. Well, I kinda forgot about it because it was just barely noticeable anymore but it had been giving me quite a bit of trouble a couple weeks previously. Then she told me that my stomach was hurting. I was stunned that she could diagnose that through my feet. I’d been having digestive issues for a year or so and my family doctor put me on Dexilant which helped initially, but then only helped a little. I had spoken with my family doctor about it a couple days before going to Kandi-Rae and he offered nothing new. So Kandi-Rae worked on my feet and my feet felt really good and my stomach was a little better. She suggested that I take a probiotic and voila! I’ve felt 100% since. My shoulder is normal again too. I’ve also been having trouble with swollen feet and every time I see her my feet return to normal for a few weeks and I must say that I feel better overall since she’s been taking care of me. I’m sure glad that I found you Kandi-Rae and I am much better off sense. Thank you!!!

In the last two years, I have started to put myself on my own priority list. At that time I was having trouble coming to rest, coping with stress, sluggishness, and a sore hip and shoulder. I am so thankful to have found Kandi-Rae. She is absolutely amazing! I always schedule the 90 minute hand – foot reflexology every other week. Reflexology helps me with my sleep and relaxation. Kandi-Rae has helped with my digestion, and keeping me regular! And reflexology assess in circulation! And my feet have never looked better!!!! Honestly, my entire body functions better because of Kandi-Rae!
