Dr. Michael Hurley
Dr. Hurley is originally from Mississauga, but now is a local resident.
Before starting up Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic, Dr. Hurley obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Honors from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). Prior to attending NYCC, Dr. Hurley obtained an Honors Specialization Bacholor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario while maintaining Dean’s List status.
In addition to his educational accomplishments, Dr. Hurley has spent a lot of his own time furthering his education by staying up to date on the current research in the chiropractic profession and taking numerous seminars to further his skills, in order to provide the best patient care possible. His clinical internships include the University at Buffalo Student Health Clinic in Buffalo, New York, and the Salvation Army Community Chiropractic Clinic in Tonawanda, New York. As a member of NYCC’s Sports Sciences and Human Performance Club, Dr. Hurley had the opportunity to travel to multiple athletic events across the United States to treat a diverse group of athletes, both competitive and casual.
Dr. Hurley uses a variety of treatment methods to complement chiropractic care, these include Active Release Technique, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, SpiderTech Tape and Functional Rehabilitation.
Dr Jessica Pileggi Chiropractor
Dr. Jessica Pileggi, originally from London, Ontario graduated in 2019 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with clinical honours. She has additionally attained her certification in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization as well as her FIFA Medical Diploma for the assessment and management of soccer-related injuries. Dr. Pileggi is also a graduate of the University of Windsor, having received her Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree with a major in Movement Science. Dr. Jessica Pileggi has an evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care. She employs a variety of techniques including: adjustments/mobilizations, muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, electro-acupuncture, vibration therapy, custom orthotics, education and rehabilitation exercises to ensure that each patient is able to achieve their goals. In her off-time, Dr. Pileggi serves as a medical coordinator and on-field therapist for the Ontario Player Development League in the London area. She also enjoys working out, playing hockey, reading and listening to podcasts.
Claire (Jennifer) Fleming
Registered Massage Therapist
Claire has always loved being able to help people and allow them to be the best that they can be. After coming home to London after living in the Rockies for almost two years, she thought massage therapy would allow her to follow her passion in helping people. Claire graduated from Fanshawe College in June 2018 and has been working hard to hone her skills as an RMT and is always continuing her learning. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, she wants to be able to provide a very specific massage for your needs.
Registered Massage Therapist
After spending 16 years in the banking industry, Lisa decided to realize her dream to become a registered massage therapist. She graduated from D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2007. She has worked out of different locations including chiropractic and physiotherapist clinics, spas and has operated her own massage clinic. Lisa utilizes various techniques including: deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymph drainage therapy, myofascial release and Rieki. Lisa’s goal is to work with clients to help them reduce or eliminate their discomfort by providing therapeutic massage while also making it a relaxing experience.
Laser Hair Removal
Irene Strybosch has been in the laser hair removal field for over 20 years! Irene grew up in the area on a dairy Farm as a child before she was off to Fanshawe College. She then worked as a Medical Lab Technologist before starting her own company just north of Toronto doing Laser hair removal. Irene moved back to the area about 10 years ago to start a family. Irene has an adorable little girl and now lives in Strathroy, back to her roots. Irene’s goal is to get the greatest reduction in total hair numbers with fewest number of treatments possible. Irene wants treatments to be convenient, affordable and successful.
Irene uses a LightSheer Diode Class IV, Medical Grade Laser.

Cari is the glue that holds the entire clinic together. Overseeing all appointments, registrations, accounts, facility maintenance, and correspondence for Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic, she is a welcoming face to all who visit the facility. As a competitive soccer player, Director of Komoka Women’s Soccer League, a wife and mother of two adorable kids, she understands the importance of balance when it comes to personal life and work.
