Dr. Michael Hurley
Owner, Chiropractor (Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic)

Dr. Hurley is originally from Mississauga, but now is a local resident.

Before starting up Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic, Dr. Hurley obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Honors from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). Prior to attending NYCC, Dr. Hurley obtained an Honors Specialization Bacholor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario while maintaining Dean’s List status.

In addition to his educational accomplishments, Dr. Hurley has spent a lot of his own time furthering his education by staying up to date on the current research in the chiropractic profession and taking numerous seminars to further his skills, in order to provide the best patient care possible. His clinical internships include the University at Buffalo Student Health Clinic in Buffalo, New York, and the Salvation Army Community Chiropractic Clinic in Tonawanda, New York. As a member of NYCC’s Sports Sciences and Human Performance Club, Dr. Hurley had the opportunity to travel to multiple athletic events across the United States to treat a diverse group of athletes, both competitive and casual.

Dr. Hurley uses a variety of treatment methods to complement chiropractic care, these include Active Release Technique, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, SpiderTech Tape and Functional Rehabilitation.

Dr. Jeremy Hayman
Naturopathic Doctor (Dr Hayman is seeing clients from his Clinic in Byron at this time)

Dr Hayman treats a full array of health concerns and conditions and maintains a general family practice approach, while cultivating a special interest in stress and mental health, immune, and skin health. His complimentary integration of natural medical approaches with evidence-based traditional medicine, as well as conventional diagnostics, forms the foundation of his comprehensive medical practice, encompassing both primary and adjunctive care.

His therapeutic priority is the removal of obstacles to health in order to facilitate the body’s inherent self healing process. To achieve this end, Dr Hayman uses such modalities as botanical, homeopathic, physical and oriental medicine, acupuncture, and clinical nutrition, in addition to lifestyle management and counselling. It’s botanical and nutritional medicine, however, that hold a particular appeal within his scope of practice, as Dr Hayman has realized that true health and healing can only be achieved utilizing pure unadulterated food and medicine provided by nature.

Approaching medicine and health can be a complex endeavour, however individual wellness often follows a logical and simple sequence. Thus, managing, treating and working with a patient is always best considered from a basic and holistic perspective. This is successfully accomplished by working from a ground upand inside outhealth approach, thereby utilizing fundamental and natural care, primarily by integrating lifestyle, whole foods, herbal and nutritional medicine

Keri Farr
Registered Massage Therapist (Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic)

Keri is a small town girl whom has moved into the area and brings great knowledge as a Massage Therapist.  Keri graduated from Medix School on the honour list in London, in 2007. Keri specializes in pregnancy massage, sport massage and relaxation massage. She also has training in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, cross-fibre frictions, manual lymphatic drainage, fascial/connective tissue technique, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise. Keri is trained to treat a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, overuse injuries, headaches, postural dysfunctions, joint dysfunctions, conditions affecting the nervous system, and respiratory pathologies.

Lisa Brooks
Registered Massage Therapist (Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic)

After spending 16 years in the banking industry, Lisa decided to realize her dream to become a registered massage therapist. She graduated from D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2007. She has worked out of different locations including chiropractic and physiotherapist clinics, spas and has operated her own massage clinic. Lisa utilizes various techniques including: deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymph drainage therapy, myofascial release and Rieki. Lisa’s goal is to work with clients to help them reduce or eliminate their discomfort by providing therapeutic massage while also making it a relaxing experience.

Cari Wilson
Office Manager (Middlesex Spine and Sport Clinic / Ignite Fitness and Nutrition)

Cari is the glue that holds the entire clinic and gym together.  Overseeing all appointments, registrations, accounts, facility maintenance, and correspondence for both the Middlesex Clinic and Ignite Fitness, she is a welcoming face to all who visit the facility.   As a competitive soccer player, Director of Komoka Women’s Soccer League, a wife and mother of two adorable kids, she understands the importance of balance when it comes to personal life and work. Tracey Regan
Fitness and Program Director, Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor (Ignite Fitness and Nutrition)

Tracey Regan is an athlete, coach, personal trainer, fitness instructor, and certified life coach and mother of two. She works to teach clients how to change the way they look and feel by changing the way they eat, exercise, live, and think.

Her purpose is to show her clients that no matter what the obstacles, there are no limits to what one can dream, attempt, and achieve when you stop judging yourself and start being your own biggest fan.  Tracey brings her passion for fitness and fun to all her classes and training sessions.  Check out the schedule online for some of these exciting classes!

Mark has an extensive list of credentials that have allowed him to work as a Elite Certified Fitness Coach and Nutritionist for the past 20 years. Mark has helped countless people improve their nutrition, fitness and athleticism, including children, families, adults. He is recognized for hi work with athletes in the NHL, OHL, Canadian University Sports, NCAA, CFL, MLB and Canadian Men’s National and Olympic Baseball.
